Augusta Collett Augusta Collett, age 94, of Troy, Ohio passed away at 8:50PM on Wednesday, June 27, 2012 at Troy Care & Rehabilitation Center. She was born on March 17, 1918 in Stanford, Kentucky to the late Elbert and Mae Deatherage Terry. Her husband of 49 years, Chester Collett, survives. Other survivors include her daughter, Debbie VanHorn of Morning View, Kentucky; sons, Gary Collett of Lexington, Kentucky and Randy Collett of Nicholasville, Kentucky; brother, Otto Terry of Stanford, Kentucky; five grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Collett was preceded in death by three brothers and one sister. She was a member of Troy Baptist Temple and worked as a switchboard operator for Bell Telephone. Services will be held at 11:30AM on Monday, July 2, 2012 at Troy Baptist Temple. Interment will follow in Miami Memorial Park, Covington, Ohio.
