Arthur J. Elson Arthur J. Elson, age 74, of Troy, Ohio passed away at 1:37AM on Saturday, November 26, 2011 at Dorothy Love Retirement Community, Sidney, Ohio. He was born on February 27, 1936 in Miami County, Ohio to the late Harley and Goldie Brown Elson. His wife, Kathleen Goodin Elson, survives. He is also survived by one brother, Lloyd Elson of Troy; sister, Wanda Dawson of Troy; and nephew, James Elson of Greenville, Ohio. In addition to his parents, Mr. Elson was preceded in death by one brother, Harold. He graduated from Lost Creek High School. He was a member of Troy Senior Citizens and First Lutheran Church and retired from Delphi Division of General Motors. Services will be held at 11:00AM on Thursday, December 1, 2011 at Baird Funeral Home, Troy, with Pastor Ric Barnes officiating. Interment will follow in Miami Memorial Park, Covington, Ohio.
