Arthur E. Clark, age 81, of Covington, Ohio formerly of Troy, Ohio. Survived by his wife of 59 1/2 years, Glenna M. Minnich; daughters and sons-in-law, Judith and Tommy Heffelfinger and Jan and Kent Weaver; brothers, James ''Jim''; Howard and Donald Clark; sisters, Mary Ann Mullennix; Dorothy and Betty Jo Hoblit and Lorene Clark; Eleven Grandchildren and Twelve Great-Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by parents; son and daughter-in-law, Jerry E. and Claudia Clark and sisters, Jewel Moist Sargent, Irene Grubaugh and brother John Clark. He was a WWII US Army Veteran and a member of the Troy Fish and Game Club. He retired from St. Regis Company after 42 years of service.
