Anna F. Palmer, 87, of Troy, Ohio died on Thursday, November 03, 2005 at 3:00am at the Covington Care Center, Covington, Ohio. She was born on March 26, 1918 in Pulaski County, Kentucky to the late George Edward and Effie Mae Vaughn Foster. She is preceded in death by her husband, Revelle C. Palmer, April 19, 2005. She is survived by her son, Glenn Palmer of Troy, OH; one brother, Leemon Foster of Bradford, OH; four sisters, Opie Blakeman of Shadyside, MD; Helen Hanson of Piqua, OH; Alma Branson of Covington, OH; Eileen Ward of Waverly, OH and one grandson, David Palmer of Florida. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband; sister, Avia Foster Collier and brother, Charles Herbert Foster. She was a member of the American Legion; WW II Veteran; Troy Women's of the Moose and an avid Bingo player. She was a purchasing agent for the US Government. Funeral service will be held at the Graveside on Monday, November 7, 2005 at 1:00PM at the Dayton National Cemetery, Dayton, Ohio. Friends may call on the family, Sunday, November 6, 2005 from 2-5PM at the Baird Funeral Home, Troy, Ohio. Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or American Diabetes Association.
