Anna Lee Slifer Lewis Anna Lee Slifer Lewis, age 84, of Troy, Ohio, passed away at 1:45AM on Tuesday, April 27, 2010 at Piqua Manor, Piqua, Ohio. She was born on November 27, 1925 to the late Omar William and Zola Fern Early Slifer. Her husband, Leon A. Lewis, preceded her in death on January 14, 2000. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Beverly and Greg Markley of Scott, Ohio; son and daughter-in-law, William J. and June Lewis of Piqua, Ohio; two sisters: Margie Gray of Dayton, Ohio and Viola Reed of Troy; four grandchildren: Gina Markley, Holly Stevenson, Heidi Lewis and Harold Lewis; and four great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and her husband, Mrs. Lewis was preceded in death by four brothers. She was a graduate of Troy High School and was a homemaker. Funeral services will be held at 10:30AM on Friday, April 30, 2010 at Baird Funeral Home, Troy with Rev. Ed Ellis officiating. Interment will follow at Riverside Cemetery, Troy.
