Anna Belle Heslep Anna Belle Heslep, age 92, of Troy, Ohio, passed away at 7:18AM on Thursday, August 9, 2012 at Troy Care & Rehabilitation Center. She was born on December 31, 1919 in Winona, West Virginia to the late Austin and Anna Fitzwater Crookshanks. Her husband, Guy Heslep, preceded her in death in 1986. She is survived by her daughter, Carrie Boze of Toledo, Ohio; son and daughter-in-law, Curtis "Chuck" and Pat Heslep of Piqua, Ohio; sister, Mary Smith of Lookout, West Virginia; one brother, John Crookshanks of Hico, West Virginia; eight grandchildren: Mark Boze, Larry Heslep, Jeff Boze, Patty Heslep, Suzette Kanarowski, Matt Heslep, Carl Faehl, and Darla Herron; fourteen great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and her husband, Mrs. Heslep was preceded in death by three sisters: Ruth Sharp, Elizabeth Tucker, and Olivia Howard; one brother, Austin Crookshanks; and one grandson, Todd Boze. She was a packer with Dinner Bell for 28 years. She was a member of Grace Baptist Church, Troy, and a member of the Retirement Group Local 1099. She was an avid quilter and loved to spend time with her family. Services will be held at 10:00AM on Monday, August 13, 2012 at Baird Funeral Home, Troy, with Pastor Shawn Hess officiating. Interment will follow in Riverside Cemetery, Troy. Friends may call from 4-7PM on Sunday at the funeral home.
