Alice Ann Rhoades, age 42, of Troy, Ohio died Tuesday, December 19, 2000 at her residence. She is survived by her mother, Doris Jean Hartle Rhoades; brother and sister-in-law, Lloyd and Teresa Rhoades; sisters and brothers-in-law, Wanda and John Caddell and Donna and Bruce Shroyer; nieces and nephews, Cara and Adam Caddell and Abby and Adrienne Shroyer. She was preceded in death by her father, Omar O. Rhoades. Alice was a member of the First United Church of Christ, Troy. She participated in the bell choir, bowling league, swim team and volleyball team at Riverside School. She won a gold medal in bicycling at the International Special Olympics and also won many other medals at the Ohio State Olympics in swimming and bowling. She was an employee of RTI. Alice Ann will always be remembered for her big smile, friendly greeting and her unending love and hugs.
