Mr. Wintrow is survived by his wife, SandraShaneyfelt; four sons and daughters-in-law, David and Lori Wintrow of Florida; Thomas Wintrow and Brian Wintrow of Troy; John and Debbie Foster of Dayton; Sandy and David Swigart of Troy; Sherri Wintrow Weaver of Dayton and Sylvia and Peter Batting of Tipp City; three sisters and brother-in-law,  Bertha Stull and Barbara Schimmel of Troy; Peggy and Roger Ferguson of Christiansburg; 11 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents Daniel and Grace Rudisill Wintrow, brothers , Robert and Charles; Sister, Clara Byerly; two sons Keith Foster and Jeff Foster.
