Albert C. King, Jr. of Troy, Ohio died Friday, October 14, 2005. He was born of the late Albert C. Sr. and Rosella L. Kirstein King. He was married to Edna Meyers who preceded him in death on April 1, 1985. He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Bob and Fred and two sisters, Katherine and Evelyn. Albert is survived by his daughters and sons-in-law, Carol and James Irvin, Patty and Bruce Hildebrand, Linda and Gordon Miller; five grandchildren and their spouses, Jim and Kathy Irvin, Angie and Paul Stephens, Jeff and Kristie Irvin, Andy and Jane Miller, and Bryan and Amy Miller; six great-grandchildren, Ashley, Nick, Alec, Brant, Benjamin, Aaron, and Sarah. A member of St. Patrick Catholic Church, Elks #833, American Legion Post #43, and was a US Army Veteran. He was a sports enthusiast, proud supporter of the Troy Trojans, and an avid golfer at Miami Shores where he was club champion in 1966. He was a graduate of Troy High School. He was formerly employed by Aeroproducts, BF Goodrich, and Leroy-Dresser. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Miami County, PO Box 502, Troy, Ohio 45373.
