Obituary

Albert E. '' Ed'' Wiehe, age 85 formerly of Troy died Tuesday, December 12 in Sidney, Ohio. Born of the late, Albert and Nellie Gratz Wiehe in Custer, South Dakota. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Marabelle J. Heimberger; son and daughter-in-law, Edward Leroy and Penny Wiehe; daughter and son-in-law, Charlene K. and David King; daughter-in-law, Ruth Wiehe; Grandchildren, Beth Grace; Christopher Wiehe; Lisa Wiehe; Cheryl Greenly; Pat Wiehe; Wendy King; Bryan King; Jeff King; Mike King; great-grandchildren, Sarah Grace; Trey Grace; Emily Grace and Ethan Greenly. He was preceded in death by his parents, one son, William Wiehe and one sister, Mary Eddy. A member of the First United Methodist Church, Troy where he taught Sunday School for over 40 years; member of the Toastmasters; Troy Optimist Club; American Welding Society; American Society for Metals and active in the Dorothy Love Retirement Community choir. He was employed with Mellon Institute, Pittsburgh, PA; McKay Co., York, PA and retired from Hobart Brothers Co., Troy, OH.
