Albert Charles Cochran 90 of Troy, Ohio died Tuesday April 5, 2005 at Upper Valley Medical Center following a brief illness. He was born June 2, 1914 in Lancaster, Ohio to the late Clinton A. and Emma Muckensturm Cochran. He is survived by four daughters and sons-in-laws: Beth Ann and William Earhart of Troy, Jane Ellen and Frank Prouty of Cincinnati, Mary Kay and James Rike of Troy and Emmy and William DeVore of Oxford; Son and daughter-in-law John T. and Sandy W. Cochran of Rochester, Michigan; One sister Isabelle O'Keefe of Marion, Ohio; 19 grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Bernardine E. Simon Cochran on July 18, 2000 also 5 brothers and 3 sisters. Mrs. Cochran was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Troy; St. Patricks Pastoral Care; Knights, of St. John's; Waco Association; National Muzzleloader Rifle Association and a volunteer with SpringMeade. He was a 1932 graduate of St. Marys High School in Marion, Ohio and retired in 1975 from T.W.A. as an airline mechanic after 35 years of service. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM April 9, 2005 at St. Patrick Catholic Church with the Rev. Fr. James Duell officiating. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery in Troy. Friends may call on the family Friday April 8, 2005 from 5 - 8 PM. A rosary service will be held at the funeral home 8:00 PM Friday. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the St. Patrick School Tuition Fund.
