Albert G. Bercot, age 81 of Troy, Ohio died Wednesday at his residence. Born of the late Ralph and Hattie May Voltz Bercot in Ft. Wayne, IN. He was married to Christine H. Rogers Bercot who preceded him in death in 2003. Survived by his daughter, Darlene Fetters; brothers and sisters-in-law, Robert and Ann; Kenneth and Betty and Thomas and Sharon Bercot; grandchildren, Kurt and Mydalis; Kyle and Andrea Fetters; great-grandchildren, Braxton Fetters. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife and one brother, Paul. A member of the Miami Primitive Baptist Church of West Charleston, OH, he was a WWII US Army Veteran. Retired from Hobart Corporation, Troy after 38 years of service, he also worked with Stanley Home Products, Dayton and was a part-time courier with the Troy Daily News. Memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice of Miami County or the Miami Primitive Baptist Church.
