I met Vickie through my ex husband when we were dating back in 1981. She has been my best friend and confidant since. We had many many memories. She told it like it was with love from her heart. She was very strong and always someone you could talk to. She always had a story to tell and her laugh was like no other. She loved all the children and puppies. My life is forever blessed because Vickie was in it. My condolences to Tim and her family. Heaven has a beautiful angel now. Free from pain. R.I.P. Vickie. I'll always Love and cherish you. Vickie grew up the block down from me on Ellis Street. We played together along with all the other neighborhood kids. We walked to and from school most of the time together. Over the years, I was always glad to run across her. You never knew where she might pop up. She always had a smile and nothing but kind words.
