Barbara Jo Brown

BARBARA JO BROWN, Age 82 of Troy, OH passed away Thursday, August 9, 2018. She was born September 2, 1935, in Hillsboro, OH to Irma E. Cast Brown and Donald L Brown.

Barbara attended Wilmington College and worked at Aeroproducts in Vandalia, L.E. O’Neill in Kettering, Galbraith Realty in Troy and was a small business owner. Barbara loved to read, to discuss politics, and most of all to spend time with her family.

Barbara is survived by daughter: Erin Keener; granddaughter: Bailey Keener; son: Brody; grandson: Logan Keener; daughter: Madison; and grandson: Ryan Hudson Keener. She is also survived by sisters: Geraldine K. Brown and Judith (Clifford) Breuer; and brother: Michael (Linda) Brown; brother-in-law: Paul J. Smith; and her adored nieces and nephews: Mary Kay Smith, David Smith, Beth Breuer Lear, Matthew Breuer, Eric Breuer, Katherine Brown Seppi and Jeffrey Brown. She is preceded in death by her parents; sister: Patricia Brown Smith; and nephew: Steven Smith.

A celebration of Barbara’s life will be held Saturday, September 15, 2018, at Trinity Church, Parrish Hall 60 So. Dorset St, Troy, OH from 1:30 - 3:30 PM.
