PAUL E. KISER, age 89, of Troy, passed away on Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at his residence surrounded by his loving family.  He was born on July 25, 1927 in Holmesville, OH to the late William and Lola (Wilson) Kiser, Sr.  His wife of 45 years, Barbara (Lewis) Kiser, preceded him in death on June 5, 2001.

Paul is survived by one son: Dean Kiser of Troy; one daughter and son-in-law: Paula and Ken Culvahouse of Beaver Falls, PA; and two grandchildren: Justin Culvahouse of Cornelius, NC and Tyler Culvahouse of Pittsburgh, PA.  In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by siblings: Wayne Kiser, Mary Fae Fixler, Henry Kiser, Katherine Bartrum, William Kiser, Jr., Evelyn Whitmyer and Dean H. Kiser.

Paul was a member of First United Church of Christ in Troy.  He was also a longtime member of Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 2695 in Troy and the Troy Redmens Lodge.  Paul was a concrete truck driver for several different companies for 62 years before retiring at the age of 79.  He loved spending time with his family and talking to every stranger he met.  Paul also loved watching car races and the Cleveland Browns.

Memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM on June 3, 2017 at Baird Funeral Home in Troy.  Friends may call from 9:00 – 10:00 AM on June 3, 2017 at the funeral home.
