Lillian Margaret May, age 13, of Minong, WI and formerly of Troy, OH passed away on July 18, 2017.  She was born on April 26, 2004 at WPAFB, Greene County, OH.

Lilly is survived by her mother: Katheryn Ann “Kate” (Ferree) May; brothers and sisters: Pattrick J.C. Ferree and Robert E. Hageman both of Sidney, OH; Brittany N. May of Conroe, TX; Bengerman L. May and Bethannie A. May both of Salt Lick, KY; Brandon L. May of Athol, MA and Dakota A. May of Salt Lick, KY; maternal grandparents: Ken Ferree of Troy, OH and Carol Ferree of Little Fork, MN and paternal grandparents: Floyd and Mary May of  Wellington, KY.

Lilly attended Fairlawn Local Schools in Sidney, OH; Minong Northwood Schools, Minong, WI and Troy City Schools.  She was a member of the TLC Youth at True Life Community Church in Troy.  She was active in choir at both school and church.  She played softball, volleyball and basketball and flute in the band.  She performed in “Aladdin” in the fall school play.  She was a member of the Greene Township Blue Ribbon 4-H Club in Sidney and the Indian Head Rifle and Pistol Club in Spooner, WI.  She loved the outdoors, fishing, hunting and trapping and especially her dogs: Thunder and Nature.  She was the vigorous Lilly of life in the Northwoods garden by the lake!

Services will be held at 5:00PM on Sunday, July 23, 2017 at the True Life Community Church, 56 Foss Way, Troy, OH with Pastor Chris Daum officiating.  The family will receive friends prior to the service from 2:00PM-5:00PM on Sunday at the church.  Burial will be in Plattesville Cemetary in Plattesville, OH.
