I am very sad to hear of Jim's passing. I worked with him at A.O. up until he retired. As good of a friend as he was, he was an even better guitar player boasting an amazing finger picking style that sounded like multiple guitars playing at once. He was huge fan of Chet Atkins and I soon became one too after hanging with Jim enough. He was always good for a laugh but was the most humble person I knew. Rest easy CGP, wish I would have taken the time to visit more. You were an amazing man!

Uncle Jim was always telling us a funny story as kids, about his growing up on "The Farm" with our Mother Bobbie....He & Dad would always play guitars together, especially when we were little..We will miss him very much, & our thought's & prayers go out to those he left behind, & to his children & grandchildren..All our love Uncle Jim..we love you..

I'm saddened by the lose of my friend. I will miss playing golf and occasionally going out to eat. Jim loved people and always willing to help anyone in need. He spoke often of his children and especially being able to help Mitch start up his silk screening business in the last year. God bless you, Jim!
