To Karen and family. Ellen and I give you our deepest condolences. One off my life most cherished times is when I coached with Dave. We both believed in helping boys learn football. Our success was due to Dave's hard work and dedication to that purpose. Dave will always be in my memories.

My deepest sympathy and regards to David's family. It's been many years back since I last saw the family, but I still have fond memories of those visits with Mom. I pray for peace and comfort for all during this very difficult time of loss. David reminds me very much of Uncle Paul. Love to all.

To Dave's Family . . . Dave gave so generously of his time and energy, in so many ways, to our community. We are grateful for his impact on our young athletes. We will especially miss his enthusiasm on Friday nights under the lights. Thank you, Dave. Thank you, Dave's family, for sharing him with all of us.

Dear Weaver Family, Sending my deepest sympathy for the loss of David! I feel so blessed that I was visiting Troy, from Phoenix in June. So I was able to attend the last 1961 Luncheon, the week I was there! I got to visit with David, for a great discussion after the luncheon was over! I will treasure that time now forever--never knowing it was my last time, to talk with him! He was great man with a kind heart! May your sweet memories stay with you, as you face the future without Dave.
Most Sincerely, Melanie Hamilton Swisher

To Karen, Janelle, and all family members. I was so sorry to hear the tragic news of Dave. I had many years with David in the little league football games and the after parties, eating, talking football and watching football with all the coaches and kids. We had so much fun together. He will be greatly missed by all and many!. Prayers go out to all family members. Dave was a good friend, coach, father, husband, and person to be around. He loved his football!. R.I.P. Dave Weaver!
