CHRISTINA L. KOENIG, age 51, of Troy, passed away on Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at Hospice of Dayton.  She was born on September 5, 1966 to Brian L. (Chris) Teshka of Holland, MI and Mary Jo (Kenneth, Jr.) Lawson of Tipp City, OH. She married David P. Koenig and he preceded her in death in 2015.

In addition to her parents, Christina is survived by one brother: David S. Teshka and fiancé, Heather Broillard of Norman, OK; many nieces and nephews; and a special friend: Missy Bryant.  In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her grandparents: Margaret and Arthur LaPonsey and Gerald and Shirley Teshka.

Christina was a 1984 graduate of Tippecanoe High School.  She was formerly employed by the Miami County Clerk of Courts.  Christina had also been employed as a Vegas Tour Specialist with Papillion Helicopters Grand Canyon Tours.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Baird Funeral Home in Troy.
